Open: Business Days, Monday - Friday 10am-6pm (EST)
Closed: Saturday - Mondays & Major Holidays

  • We can NOT apply any discounts or add-on's after your order has been placeD

Refund Cancellations: We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or after delivered. 

Processing & Fulfillment
  • Orders are processed ASAP - Typically within 2-3 business days**  
    (**We guarantee orders to be processed within 5 business days)
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
  • An order confirmation will be sent via email/text once your order has been processed and is out for delivery. (See Tracking Info below)
